Jayson is still allergic to everything...he can now have soy, watermelon, & grapes...did a skin test for environmentals: he is allergic to cats
We are still moving to NC....due to some unforeseen personnel at work it may be pushed to August/September rather than June/July. Looking into renting for the 1st yr or so instead of buying, but my dad and sister are the King and Queen of "You Have to Own Property" so they aren't making this choice easy.....I say each give me 10k so I can make their dream come true.
I gave up beef for Lent. I'm not a devout anything by any means but it was a step to see if I could stop that completely, then I could give up my beloved bacon and occasional pork chop....BBQs won't be the same without rib tips :(

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay, Jayson! Gosh, Jayson is 1 year old and now you'r locs are about to be 1 year old. This past year has flown by.
ReplyDeleteIn this economy, I'm all about renting until I can get more money saved. Especially while I'm waiting for LDR to get here. I am considering finding a small house to rent in the fall when my lease is up...as long as it's not too much more than what my rent is now.

ReplyDeleteI'm slowly but surely building the move fund. But I know it's going to take 5k-minimum to get there- rental truck, gas, food, utility deposits, 1st month rent & security, furniture, appliances. BUT I will also need money to tide me over until paychecks kick in. I'm looking at 4br houses and the rent for those is ranging from $875-$1100 (the $1100 being the most I will pay)
This economy is what is keeping me in Indiana. I'm scared to make the move, but I will be making it!
